Embarking on his “I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy” tour, Teddy Swims stopped in Boston to welcome summer with a night of warm embraces. The open air flowing through The Stage at Suffolk Downs swept fans in as they made their way toward the stage. Night fell, lights fired up, and cheers rose to the sky. Smoke emerged as Swims’ band, Freak Freely, walked out onto a set marked with drawings spanning the entire stage. As notes rang out on the guitar and the drums built up the dynamics, Teddy Swims appeared.

From that moment on, the crowd was completely locked in. Bright voices filled the air during sing-alongs like “What More Can I Say” and “Guilty,” while tracks like “Bad Dreams” and “Black and White” brought a captivated silence. Swims ultimately closed the night with a powerful performance of “The Door,” leaving the audience with an everlasting memory.
