Easing into summer, Justice reigned down on Boston for their Justice Live 2025 tour, coming over to Suffolk Downs and delivering an absolutely electric performance, bringing their set full of lights, finding stars in the night, moving gears and bringing fans to tears.

Their performance can be best characterized by their visual experience. Between both members of Justice, Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, the French electronic music duo blends rock and disco influences into all of their visuals. Throughout the show, many different lighting fixtures could be seen moving side-to-side, up and down, adjusting their position to bring a different experience with each coming song. 

“Neverender”, a song featuring Tame Impala, was especially notable in the crowd. The track begins playing as the background shifts into pink and squares on the screen illuminate white, slowly fading into white. White lights flicker, and once the beat drops, lights fly out into the crowd, meanwhile white and gold stars appear on stage. Spotlights shine gold as eight of them focus on the duo performing, and every breakdown switches sequences. Lights interchange between turning on and off, moving left and right.

Every moment of Justice’s performance was worth being there. Fans scattered around the stage and both performers came out to the front of the stage during “The End”, which features Thundercat. The air lightened up and the pace slowed down as the last note rang out, and everyone in attendance made their way out. Nothing short of spectacular, one of many for Justice and an experience to never forget for each person to witness Justice.
